Meditation
We practice Wei Tuo Chan meditation. Meditation is one of the most simple, and because of that, one of the most difficult practices in Kung Fu, Tai Chi or Qi Gong training. Meditation gives us time to learn about our own minds by learning to be one with it. The mind goes from one thought to the next even though we do not want it to do so. We learn to control the mind to work for us instead of against us. Too many people feel that they cannot meditate because they cannot focus. That is the case for everyone, even the greatest meditation masters started with a wild mind that they learned to control.
Meditation is the quiet sitting to focus our minds. It is a mental exercise to learn how to control our random thinking mind. This is a great difficulty for everyone, and a very worthy pursuit for everyone to make. This class is the first step into discovering your mind.
Advanced meditation is those who have an understanding of the basics and fundamentals of Wei Tuo Qi Gong and meditation. Meditation in this class teaches us to focus the mind in many different ways such as focusing on health, qi, or philosophies to better understand where we stand in life with our own personal ideas, thoughts and beliefs.
